Established in 1949, Nardini Fire Equipment Co., Inc. and Nardini Fire Equipment Co. of North Dakota provide distribution, design, installation and service of fire protection, suppression and detection equipment.We are a key distributor for several manufacturers of fire extinguisher cabinets and fire extinguishers including special agent extinguishers for high-tech facilities. Our systems department specializes in design, installation and service of most types of dry agent, clean agent, foam and water based systems plus most types of fire detection systems including high sensitivity incipient smoke detectors which are becoming the standard for high-tech applications and linear heat detection used for cold storage facilities. We provide 24/7/365 technical service support to all of our customers and are able to respond to any emergency situation day, night or weekend.

Nardini Fire Equipment Co. is a second generation family business started in the Midway area of Saint Paul, MN. by Ralph Nardini Jr. The operation moved to Shoreview, MN in 1973 due to the need for additional space as a result of increased sales and service customer growth. A building addition was completed in 1991 and plans are in the works for another addition. In 1980, The Company opened Nardini Fire Equipment Company of North Dakota in Fargo, North Dakota, which moved into a larger facility in 2002. In 2007, a building expansion was completed. In 2005 Nardini Fire Equipment Co. opened an operation in Brainerd, Minnesota. That operation continues to grow every year. In 2007, Nardini Fire Equipment Co. purchased Ranger Fire in Virginia, Minnesota, this acquisition put us in the middle of northern Minnesota’s mining industry. Tom Nardini, Ralph Nardini Jr's son, is the current President and is responsible for the day-to-day and international accounts.

Nardini Fire Equipment Co. has customers throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, the Dakotas, national and international accounts. Nardini Fire Equipment Co. has experienced sales and employment growth, every year of its existence. We continue to seek new customers who require high quality fire equipment and systems; and those that demand professional quality service.

Nardini Fire Equipment Co. is a member in good standing of several professional organizations including National Association of Fire Equipment Distributors (NAFED – Charter Member), Fire Suppression Systems Association (FSSA), Automatic Fire Alarm Association (AFAA), MN Automatic Fire Alarm Association (MNAFAA), American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA), Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA – Lifetime Gold Member), Saint Paul, Minneapolis, Fargo and Bismarck, Builders Exchanges, and the Chamber of Commerce in these cities: Saint Paul, Fargo Moorhead and Grand Forks/East Grand Forks.
